9-Torg is the matriarch of the Torg Family located in the slums of Blim City, and a minor antagonist and first boss in High On Life. Her bounty is 1,000 Pesos.
As a disclaimer, 9-Torg is not a G3 Cartel member. She's only a criminal mastermind of Blim City.
Appearance[]
She appears to look like a Mantis with bulging eyes and 2 antennae with blue tips on them. She has mantis-like mandibles. On her left mandible, she has a laser gun which shoots lasers. She's also very distinguishable from the other Torgs as she has a metal arm-cannon.
Personality[]
9-Torg, like the rest of the Torg clones, are very murderous and violent, not hesitating to kill anyone if given the chance.
However, 9-Torg greatly underestimates her Torg-henchmen for their strength (they resemble giant ants), as it only takes a few shots from Kenny to kill one.
9-Torg's ultimate goal is to kill the other Torg clones so she can solely lead the Torg Family by herself.

Torg Family Matriarch. Commands a small-time crime family who claims the Blim City Slums as their turf. Constantly stuck in a power struggle with her own clones. Don't underestimate her.
Bounty Proof: 9-Torg's Mandible
Story[]
At the time when the Bounty Hunter first arrives at Blim City, 9-Torg is the outright leader of the Torg Family, currently hunting down the other Torg clones to kill them under the reason of treason.
Gene sends the Bounty Hunter to kill 9-Torg, saying it was a "warm-up" and to rescue Knifey along the way. However, his true intention was for hope that 9-Torg would kill the Bounty Hunter so that he would have full ownership of their house.
Boss Battle[]
9-Torg fights similar to the Torg-henchmen, also firing at the Bounty Hunter while moving constantly. However, she has power to teleport around the arena, and can flood the arena with poisonous sludge. She also shoots a "split-shot", where she fires three lasers at once.
To defeat 9-Torg, the Bounty Hunter will have to shoot with Kenny, dodge her lasers, and use Knifey's tether ability to stay off the ground when the arena floods with poisonous sludge. Knifey can also deal serious damage against 9-Torg by stabbing her if the Bounty Hunter gets close enough.
9-Torg's attack pattern is shoot, teleport, shoot again, then poisonous sludge. This pattern repeats until she dies.
