Blim City is a location in High On Life. The city is on the planet Nova Sanctus. Players visit this location after the game's introduction on Earth. The player character and Kenny warped the house to the city.
In Blim City, Kenny wants the protagonist to find his friend Gene.
After the Bounty Hunter Suit was activated, the protagonist also receives access to the Bounty Hunter Forum (hit "pause" to enter). It has a section with Blim City Banter, and players must complete all of these objectives to receive the Mods Please Ban Achievement.
