Dr. John Giblets, PhD is the G3's head of R&D located in his warp base laboratory and a major antagonist and fourth or fifth boss in High On Life. His bounty is 2,000 pesos.

Dr. Giblets is a mad genius responsible for most of the G3's advanced technology, including Warp Drives, Warp Bases, Goop armor and the control chips used on the non-zombie Gatlians. Giblets is a brilliant mind, but also the most obnoxious and unlikable being in the galaxy to the point that every other member of the G3 Cartel wanted him dead, excluding Garmantuous. He convinced Krubis’s wife to get a divorce, then killed her in an experiment, blackmailed both Douglas and the Skrendel Brothers with a sex tape he took of them when they were drunk at a party, Obnoxiously inserted himself between Nipulon and Garmantuous, and often tortured and killed his own men. Because of this, he was justifiably paranoid, even believing his own son wanted to kill him and had an elaborate kill switch set up to take his son's murder with him. He was also a heavy Furgle abuser, which likely contributed to his paranoia and clumsiness, as shown when he proceeds to kill himself by slipping and falling off of a stool.

Responsible for developing warp base technology, he's possibly the brightest mind amongst the G3's ranks. However, he's a bit of a hermit so he generally remains off the grid, rarely leaving his warp base laboratory.

Once the player has reached him in his base, they will only be able to watch him through a window for a few seconds, watching him stupidly fall off of a stool and break his glass case, resulting in him bleeding out and dying. However, after harvesting his DNA, his lab will go into lockdown and will drop the player into an arena, where the player will go through several waves of enemies.

- He is voiced by Kevin McDonald, known for voicing Pleakley from Lilo & Stitch and the purple Almighty Tallest from Invader Zim.
- It is implied that his paranoia was increased by drugging himself in Furgles.
- His pre-recorded messages mentions who he believes killed him:
- his son Krimothy, due to him believing he wants his inheritance (including thinking he has a Space-Opedipus Complex) and admitting to kill his son in cold blood.
- Krubis, due to sleeping with his wife, marrying her (by convincing her to divorce Krubis) and getting her killed by helping out with one of his experiments, in which Krubis swears revenge.
- Douglas, due to having pictures of him from a party where he had sex with one of the Skrendel Brothers, he even said that they got uploaded online from the moment his heart stopped (though he admits that it was hot and would make Douglas look cool).
- Nipulon, due to him believing he was jealous of Giblets and wants to get rid of him and take all his credit.
- Himself, due to thinking he always hated himself.
