Jorb is a character in High On Life, who works at Mr. Keep's Pawn Shop in Blim City. He is Mr. Keeps son and only has a minor role, and sometimes pops up in the Bol Messenger to thank the player for a purchase.
The players meet him for the first time after receiving the Bounty Suit from Gene.
