Mr. Keeps is the owner of Mr. Keep's Pawn Shop. He has a son named Jorb, who is also working for him and can be seen in the shop. Mr. Keeps is an obese, purple alien with black, messy hair who rides around in a hovering scooter.

- Despite being a store owner, he sometimes refuses to sell his products and claims that some of them are his by default.
- It is implied that some of the items in his store have been stolen, the most evident example is that one of the side quests involves watching a alien's bike which disappears for a second if you don't look at it, when returning to the pawn shop, the bike appears as a item to buy.
- Its also suggested that he steals items from other universes such as having a Crystal of Ithecles (a object from the game, Trover Saves the Universe) displayed on his shelves.
