Nipulon is the G3's chief of customer liaisons and a secondary antagonist, sixth and penultimate boss in High On Life. His bounty is 2,500 pesos.
The players see him for the first time in the intro of the game, when the alien warp base has landed on Earth. Nipulon then is right next to main antagonist Garmantuous, and Dr. Giblets.

But beneath the thin layer of politeness he is still a cruel and detestable individual who thinks nothing of mass murder. Of all the G3 members he is the most insistent that humans and what ever other species they exploit are just products and that the g3 have doune nothing wrong. He blames evolution for making some space drugs and that they’re just making the best of it completely denying any culpability for their actions. According to Dr. Giblets he is very possessive of Garmantuous and gets jealous when other people start getting close to him. Like most G3 officers he’s drug addicted albeit a functional one. He’s also kind of perverted, purposely making his nipples visible through his armor.

He's Garmantuous' seceond-in command, and one of the most feared members of the G3. He heads up a decadent illegal drug lounge on Port Terrene where high-criminal clientele can come and get off any alien they please.

the battle starts when you enter his office youll fight him there then he will have a bubble around him and gas will fill the room the gas makes you "high" so you go into a never ending dream meeting gene you need to talk to him to go on when you do you have to do them you have too fight him in a circle of himslef you have to shoot the real him clone of him you will go to a forest kind of place where you have to talk to lizzie and then you have to shoot the real nipulon after that he will try and hack your xbox account (not really) he says he trys to be like phyco mantis like from Metal Gear Solid you get a award from this called "15 hours at a alein strip club" after you defeat him your still in his office.

- Nipulon battles the player using Psychological warfare, which is similar to a villain in the videogame Metal Gear Solid known as Psycho Mantis. Nipulon will make reference to Metal Gear Solid, the game's publisher Konami, and the villain Psycho Mantis.
- In Metal Gear Solid, Psycho Mantis will break the 4th wall and refer to the player's saved data on the Playstation Memory Card. Nipulon references this and says that he would also alter the players data, except that the game doesn't have that ability due to programming.
- Nipulon makes another Metal Gear Solid and Psychomatis reference by saying that the player needed to plug their controller into the second player slot to harm him. While this is the case in Metal Gear Solid, it is not the case in High On Life because, as Nipulon states, there are no controller ports anymore.
- When the player "comes to" and exits their drug trip, they find that Nipulon is dead and seemingly has been dead for quite some time. This may be alluding to the fact that the player was on drugs (The theme of High On Life), and not being psychically attacked as was the case in Metal Gear Solid and the Psychic attack of Psycho Mantis. High On lIfe never suggests that Nipulon has Psychic powers or suggests that such a thing is possible. This would mean that everything that happens regarding Nipulon, including the boss battle, was purely a drug fueled hallucination. The real Nipulon was murdered by the player in the midst of it, but the real Nipulon was not part of the player's "trip" and played no active part in it.
