Toxxo is a character in the High On Knife DLC. The players will meet him in Bather's Isle on Peroxis. Toxxo can't be missed, he is a green bathing giant in the vast salt lake on the Planet.
He'll ask the player to clean him from parasites and can help to reach Duffalo Ranch, if one also cleans Toxxo's nether parts. To do so, the players must find a cave near Toxxo and enter Cheeks, a bar run by slugs. One guest there is Frasier.
